This Support Policy explains how to get help with any app or service published by AKdev Ltd and what you can expect from us.

How to get help

The fastest way to reach us is by email at support@ak.dev. Please include the product name, your device and version, and a clear description of the issue so we can help quickly.

Response times

We are a small studio and handle support directly. We aim to respond to support enquiries within a few business days. Critical issues affecting many users are prioritised.

Scope

Support covers the current versions of our apps. Where an app is in active development, some features may change, and we welcome feedback that helps us improve.
